  • The key role of a Call Centre Quality Analyst is to ensure that our agents provide quality service in line with the Organization’s objectives by monitoring agent – customer interactions daily, and providing reports and general feedback as required.

Qualifications
Applicant must possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any subject.
  • 3-4 years of experience in similar field (Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) or Telecom).
  • Excellent Customer Service Skill.
  • Superb listening and analytical ability.
  • Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skill is a MUST.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Effective organizational and time management skill with the ability to meet deadline.
  • Excellent Leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
  • Be ready to work on shift.
  • Quality Assurance Certification is an advantage.
