Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operation and ensure achievement of all productivity and sales target and recommend solutions to enhance profit.
  • Analyze and recommend enhancement in profitability through asset protection, and cost control.
  • Coordinate with Last Mile Logistics team to manage store operation in collaborative environment.
  • Manage importation of new line of products for sales activities.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through various programs.
  • Ensure adherence to all company procedures and policies and monitor store inventory to maximize profits.
  • Develop strategies to achieve personal sales targets and motivate analysts to optimize sales performance.
  • Train and guide sales team to focus on Babban Gona’s sales strategies as per company standards.
  • Maintain good professional relationships with high-end customers and design retention strategies with regular customers.
  • Manage all communication with existing client to maintain long term relationship through various modes such as telephone and e-mail.
  • Administer product line development starting from strategic planning and monitor all sales activities to boost productivity and sales.
  • Maintain effective communication throughout warehouses and communicate customer experiences and feedback to brand team to re-align company strategies accordingly.
  • Participate in all product launches, promotions and stock replenishment to maintain appropriate merchandising standards throughout store.
  • Ensure store’s compliance with administrative and procedural guidelines and deadlines to meet targeted sales and profits.
  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
  • Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
  • Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.

Reporting Line:

  • This position reports to the Head, Sales.

Requirements
Deep Experience in Sales and Marketing:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent negotiations and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management, and price forecasting techniques.
  • An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
