  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Requirements

  • B.Sc in any discipline is required.
  • 2-4 years relevant experience as a customer service representative
  • Must be a Female
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Applicants should not be more than 25-30years
  • Must be fluent in English
