Responsibilities

• On site role, providing coordination of the delivery of IT infrastructure components in site capital projects, reporting to the capital project IT lead(s).
• This candidate will work closely with capital project IT teams and will provide a full-time on-site presence to assist in delivering the IT solutions designed for the projects.
• Provides Office 365 Management and support to new and existing employees
• IT Network, Hardware and software support.
• Applying software patch and updates whenever it is required
• First point of contact for Avaya and coordinate with Avaya team in case of any technical issues.
• Primary point of contact for reported call center issues, troubleshooting for hardware/software problems
• Ensures that IT compliance Issues/concerns within IT are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.
• Should be capable to provide remote support/assistance whenever required to ensure business continuity.
• Manages and generates different backend IT reports/customizations for management/clients as requested.
• Training new employees in EMR, Email or any software or hardware used in business.
• Handling IT procurements based on budget and business needs
• Submitting ticket with different technology partners, vendors or service providers in case of any technical issues and coordinating with them to solve issues based on priorities.
• Implementing, following IT security policies and guidelines.
• Tracking and maintaining all IT inventory
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4 - 6 years of relevant work experience.

Salary
N220,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
