Description
REQUIREMENT:
- Manage and build up the Sales Team.
- Ability to meet monthly departmental target.
- Take the Company strategy and translate into a Sales strategy.
- Build new products and have a go to market strategy for each one.
- Have a good interaction with the other managers.
- Build a strong reseller community.
- Build a strong freelance community.
OTHER TASK ARE:
- Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
- Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
- Continual training and development of all members of the sales department.
- Attending key meetings with members of the sales team.
- Working on account management plans with the sales account managers.
- Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Spotting market opportunities for new customers.
- Attending monthly meetings with other senior members of the business.
- All aspects of recruitment and selection for the sales department.
- Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
- Acting as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences.
- Networking with other directors to generate new business for the company.
- Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
QUALIFICATION
- Must have IT sales experience. (Cloud Industry is an added advantage)
- A minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in Sales with at least (3) years of IT Sales role with a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar field is required for this job.
- Must be older than 35 years old.
- Must be able to commute easily to the job location in lekki.
Salary : Very Attractive
Basic: 300k
Commission: 300k to 500k on monthly target met
