*Skills and Qualifications.*

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in business management or related field.
• A certified member of IPMA or NIM will be an added advantage.
• Proven and minimum of five years experience in a managerial role.
• Strong decision-making capabilities.
• Above-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans.
• Ability to motivate and lead people and hold employees accountable.
• Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Proficiency in Marketing and Customer Relationship Management.
