Responsibilities
- Observing and recording patients’ behaviour.
- Coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals for creating and evaluating customized care plans.
- Maintaining reports of patient's medical histories, and monitoring changes in their condition.
Requirements
- Valid Nursing License
- At least 1 year work experience.
- Efficient at multitasking, listening, and verbal communication
- Good organizational skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Having relevant requirements and credentials
- Ability to work long shifts.
