Description

Responsibilities

  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Collating and filing expenses.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Diploma, HND in any field of study.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience obtained in a well-structured and reputable organization.
