Description
Responsibilities
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Collating and filing expenses.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Diploma, HND in any field of study.
- Minimum of 1 year experience obtained in a well-structured and reputable organization.
