- The dedicated recruiter to join ourteam must be able to source and identifyvarious organizations’ hiring needs and must be able to fill thejob openings with competent individuals.
- Must be up to date with company’s hiring needs and internship programs
- Must be able to assess candidates' skills, experience and relevant knowledge and compare them to job requirements.
- He/She must be able to source candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.
- Identifying clients’ hiring needs
- Completing paperwork and documenting candidates' information.
- Promoting the company's reputation and image as a good employment/recruitment organization.
- Providing recruitment reports.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND qualification.
