- We are looking seasoned and passionate Sales Coordinators to join our sales team.
- As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the company’s sales objectives and targets are met while building and maintaining a good relationship with the customers.
- To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop sales strategies and craft sales plans to achieve sales goals.
- You should also be able to help the HR department in hiring and training new sales team members.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be passionate about building business relationships, be comfortable with meeting and surpassing business expectations, and be able to contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans and forecasts for new business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize volumes and increase opportunities for the products.
- Leverage insights from competitor strategies, price, and service offerings and recommend strategies to retain lead and increase market share.
- Set up, attend meetings and make presentations to prospective clients and buyers of our products.
- Continually monitor marketing performance with regards to changes within the marketplace; undertake thorough analysis to ensure targets are met.
- Recruit, train, and supervise activities of promoters under assigned dealer/ account in conjunction with HR department to maximize sales volumes.
- Establish active communication and engagement with the account and logistic department to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone
- Establish and manage good relationships with internal and external customers (key dealers) for organizational growth within assigned territory.
- Prepare and present the sales report to the higher management.
Qualification and Skills
- First Degree in any related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant/industry work experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Outstanding sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent managerial and organizational skills
- Good time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain a positive working environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Strong work ethics.
