Job Title: Strategy Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Formulate the overall operations plan, sales plan, and expansion plan according to the company's business development strategy and goals
• Prepare and manage the annual budget
• Formulate, review and track the company’s sales targets and profit margins
• Evaluate and adjust various marketing promotion methods to ensure the company's profitability
• Coordinate and liaise with the marketing department, product development department, customer service department and all departments as required to regulate work processes and systems
• Formulate KPIs for each department and monitor the achievement of KPIs for each department
• Accomplish scheduled performance target
• Monitor, evaluate and analyse the company's various data through various data tools and analytic software
• Analyse the competitors' strategies, industry trends, market conditions and adjust the company’s strategic direction to maximise profits from time to time
• Evaluate the planning of various promotions or termed activities, track, evaluate and statistically analyse the activities in time
• Propose improvement and expansion plans on time
• Report to the Managing Director and CEO

Requirements

• 7 years or more experience in a business operations, strategy development or finance management position
• B.Sc in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics or a related field from a reputable university
• Experience in a gaming or betting industry would be an added advantage
• Experience in brand management, customer service, promotion, data analysis and market research
• MSc or PhD would be an added advantage
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Excellent critical thinking, planning decision making or logical skills.

Salary
N300,000 to N600,000 monthly.
