Description
Responsibilities
- Possess the competence to generate revenue growth of N2-3 billion annually in the first instance. This is subject to review from time to time in line with the budget.
- Develop Marketing and sales plans in coordination with the line manager to achieve the budgeted annual revenue’s goal.
- Investigate available investment opportunities to determine compatibility with client financial plans.
- Manage client portfolios, keeping client plans up-to-date and ability to prepare and present financial reports.
- Recommend financial products, such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, or insurance to clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, map out business strength and customer’s need.
- Develop and test unique business strategies and concept
- Communicate new product development to existing and prospective client.
- Conduct customer satisfaction survey and develop creative strategies in retaining them and attracting new ones.
- Provide prompt feedback to customer’s inquiry
- Provide in-depth training and coaching to subordinate to enhance transfer of knowledge and creating expert network.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory authorities’ rule and guidance.
- Recommend and liaise with top management on promotional strategy and activities.
- New process initiative.
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 5 - 7 years work experience.
